Jens von Lepel. DVM
General Manager
Since June 1997, Dr. Jens
von Lepel has been managing Audley
Farm in Virginia.
He was a long-time manager for the European Breeding and Racing Operation
of Audley Farm based in Germany. A veterinarian, Dr.von Lepel spent about 25
years managing two of the leading horse farms in Germany. Under his direction, Audley Farm became several times VA Breeder or 2nd
leading
VA Breeder of the year.
Dr. Jens von Lepel is also a Board Member of the
famous and most successful studfarm, Stiftung Gestuet Faehrhof in Germany.

Jamie McDiarmid
Horse Manager
Since June of 1999,
Jamie McDiarmid has served as the Horse Manager
at Audley Farm. Originally from England, Jamie furthered his education by
obtaining positions in England,
France, New Zealand and the United States. He received his
Diploma in Stud Farm Equine Management from the Irish National Stud. He
also worked with Monty Roberts where he learned how to start a young horse
correctly.
Under his management, Audley Farm bred and raised its first $1 million
yearling, The Visualizer (Giant’s Causeway/
Smokey Mirage), sold at Keeneland 2005. He also
was responsible for raising the G1
winner and multiple stakes winner Mandy’s Gold (Gilded Time/ Manduria) with a lifetime earnings of $1,026,244.

Kay Kobayashi
Office Manager
With over 13 years of
experience at Audley Farm and a BS Degree in
Business Management, Mary Kay supports all aspects of the farm in her
special, friendly manner.
