You’re Invited: Spring Market & Open House at Audley Farm

Spring has a way of bringing people back together—and here at Audley, it’s one of our favorite times of year to open the gates and welcome the community.

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, we invite our neighbors from Berryville, Clarke County, and the surrounding areas to join us for our Spring Market & Open House, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

It’s a simple idea: Spend a spring morning on the farm.

Take your time walking the grounds, visit with local vendors, and enjoy a glimpse into daily life at Audley. Whether you’re stopping by for a brief visit or planning to stay awhile, we’d love to have you here.

A Morning at the Farm

There’s plenty to explore throughout the morning. Guests are welcome to tour the historic Audley House, take a look at our equine program, and meet some of this season’s newest arrivals—our foals, which are always a highlight this time of year.

Our Spring Market will feature a thoughtfully selected group of local vendors offering:

  • 100% all-natural Prime Black Angus beef

  • Fresh, locally grown produce

  • Homemade baked goods

  • Virginia Native plants for your spring garden

  • And a variety of other locally made goods

It’s a relaxed, easygoing setting—one where you can visit, browse, and enjoy the best of what our local community offers.

For families, we’ll also have hayrides and games throughout the morning, making it a fun and welcoming outing for all ages.

Supporting Our Local Community

We’re especially pleased to partner with the Clarke County Education Foundation for this event, hosting a raffle fundraiser in support of our local public schools.

Raffle tickets are available for $5 each or 5 for $20, with prizes including:

  • 1st Prize: Ooni Karu 12 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven (Value: $347.00)

  • 2nd Prize: $100 Audley Farm Gift Card

  • 3rd Prize: $75 Audley Farm Gift Card

Tickets can be purchased at the farm stand leading up to the event (through April 17), online, or at the Clarke County Education Foundation booth on the day of the event. Winners do not need to be present to win.
